Emile McPhee is a banking and finance lawyer with deep expertise in property and community housing. He specialises in social and affordable housing, specialist disability accommodation, and retirement living, advising developers, financiers, and community housing providers on projects of all scales.
An industry leader in community housing financing, Emile has played a key role in shaping sector-wide agreements and supporting CHPs through complex State, Federal, and private financing arrangements. His experience spans property development, project financing, fund-through deals, and loan portfolios exceeding $1 billion.
Emile is also deeply engaged in community and industry initiatives. He serves on the Board of Jacaranda Housing, is a member of UDIA Queensland’s Housing Supply & Affordability Committee, and contributes to the Queensland Law Society’s Access to Justice and Pro Bono Law Committee.
