Matt Woodland is a Managing Director with Greystar Australia overseeing investment and development management within the Asia Pacific region. He is focused on Greystar's initiatives across multifamily, student, industrial, and is responsible for creating and implementing the investment strategy, acquisitions, development partnerships, and capital relationships for Australia.
Prior to moving to Australia, Matt joined Greystar’s US Investments team in 2016 before establishing Greystar's Canadian office in 2020. His previous experience, Matt worked for REST, a large Australian pension fund, overseeing the expansion into global real estate investments.
Matt received his bachelor's degree in commerce from McGill University and a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
