Puian is the Investment Director and Co-Founder of Apt.Residential, a vertically integrated institutional manager backed by global pension fund capital, investing in Australian real estate living sectors.


Previously Puian worked at TCorp, the $100bn+ sovereign fund of NSW, where he was a portfolio manager responsible for the origination, execution and ongoing management of investments in global property including direct investments and joint ventures, fund investments and directly owned operating companies managing exposures across traditional and alternative sectors.


Prior to moving to Australia, Puian worked in London for 10 years where he started his career in investment banking at Barclays Capital in the Debt Capital Markets team before transitioning to the Sovereign Wealth Funds Group focusing on real assets.
