Formerly Greystar’s Senior Director of Development, he guided the Australian team in identifying acquisition opportunities and expertly steering development approvals, procurement, and project delivery. Over a dynamic six‑year tenure, Sean secured and managed six flagship Build‑to‑Rent projects across Melbourne and Sydney, delivering more than 1,300 completed apartments and establishing a pipeline of a further 1,250.
